I would highly recommend Hieu Lam with Anew Lending. As an agent it is important that that there is good communication with the lender and all parties, Hieu does a great job doing that. Also, when I have a buyer I know they will be in good hands when getting their loan to meet their circumstances and needs. I had a lovely experience with Hieu, he helped me and guided me through everything…. I had a bad experience two years ago with another mortgage broker… this company was recommended by a friend, and they truly were awesome…. not only was he able to accommodate my short closing (I think around one week was all it took to get everything taken care of, which is super fast) and closed on the house within 3 weeks (Like I made the offer and got the keys within 3 weeks) everything went very well and smooth.
